Bhilwara is a town in Southern Rajasthan State. Rajasthan, the land of kings, is India at its exotic and colourful best. The state is diagonally divided into the hilly and rugged south eastern region and the barren north-western Thar Desert, which extends across the border into Pakistan. There are plenty of historic cities, incredible fortresses awash with legends, and rare gems of impressionistic beauty.

Dehradun now the capital of Uttaranchal, is situated in the broad Doon valley between the siwaliks and the front range of the Himalaya. Although it's a historic town, it is probably best known for the institutions the British left behind, most notable the huge Forest Research Institute. Other important institutions include the Indian Military Academy, The Wildlife Institute of India and the Survey of India. The prestigious Doon School, where Rajiv Gandhi, the late Prime Minister of India was educated, is India's most exclusive private school.

Delhi

Delhi is the capital of India. This third largest city of India is also an industrial hub of India. Old Delhi was the capital of Moghuls between 17th and 19th centuries. Mosques, monuments and forts testify this. New Delhi was built as the imperial capital of India by the British. It is a spacious, open city and has embassies and government buildings. The never wealthy suburbs are mostly to the south of New Delhi.

In addition to its historic interest and role as the government centre, Delhi is a major travel gateway. It is one of India's busiest entrance points for overseas airlines, the hub of the North Indian travel network. It has a long & fascinating history and there is plenty to see like the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, Raj Ghat & Bahai Temple.
